Breaking News...
On my way to the Palm Desert yesterday I got a call from the Santa Monica police department telling me that another photographer shooting a wedding at a hotel near mine was robbed as well. It's looking like it was all an organized affair. Let's hope another set of surveillance cameras improves the odds of someone getting caught.
Take pictures, beat up thieves.

That's lame! I hope the police get your camera back! I'd be pissed! I know hindsight is 20/20, but not sure if you've looked into this before. I'm sure you have plenty of other expensive equipment that you might want to register. I registered my bike and laptop with this company.

Clay, Very sorry for your gear being stolen, that always chaps me: thievery! Hope you can get it back but if you do not and don't want to replace the same you might want to check out the Canon 5D. Recently bought one and I am very pleased. May not be as fast in fps if you need that but the full frame 12.8 mp CMOS is a great way to go. Here's to you and your endevours, good luck.
