My work? Yup.
I took that photograph. Or at least I took the photograph that the photoshop wizards at Warner Brothers then took to new heights.
It's quite something to see my stuff transformed into movie posters. A guy could almost think he's good at this gig when an obviously far more talented group are waiting with their Wacom tablets to turn your dark, grainy snaps into commercial masterpieces.
Congrats to them, whoever they are. They make me look good. I am thankful.
Make pictures. let the masters retouch if they must.

Most excellent, Clay. Photo and verbage.
show us the original!
Congratulations on landing such an epic gig! Really great work.
I'm currently planning to follow in your footsteps as a film & TV stills photographer, so very interesting to read about how they've transformed your image. I'm curious to see the original too but I know they can be tricksy about letting you do that!
Congrats on the gig, though, it looks like you did excellent work. Any other films in the offing?
I've been fascinated by the lighting in Watchmen and have had the Comedian poster as my desktop image for a few weeks now. The whole movie is my new lighting inspirational motivator, I watch the trailers at least once a day.
