"Harvest" seems like a bad word for something that seems to grow all year long. It also seems to romanticize it. But that could just be me seeing through city-slicker eyes. I won't get into it.

I love this picture! Please write more about what a sugar cane harvest looks and smells like. I've seen it growing, but never seen it harvested. And harvest, by the way, is a very common term in the ag. world-- not romantic in the slightest bit.
